bdji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdji platform and all its services. "User" refers to any person who visits the bdji website, opens an account, or uses any of its services. "We", "our", or "bdji" as used in these Terms all refer to the same entity.

bdji's Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

bdji is an online gaming and sports betting platform. To use it, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

bdji's services may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or for business purposes is strictly prohibited.

• Each person is permitted to open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Registering with incorrect or false information is not permitted.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the platform is not permitted.

When opening an account with bdji, you must provide accurate personal information. After registration, we may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process.

2.1 Information Required for Verification

If requested for identity verification, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership

2.2 Account Security

Keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify bdji immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

The following conditions apply to all transactions on bdji. All financial transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• To complete a deposit, you must use a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

bdji's bonus offers are subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus automatically means you have agreed to these conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement on this bonus is: ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this amount has been wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bdji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to close the account.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — if the conditions are not met within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions.

bdji offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Specific rules apply to each category.

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game or event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. bdji reserves the right to change betting limits without prior notice.

5.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds or results are published due to a technical error, bdji may cancel that bet.
• If an event is stopped or suspended midway, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

5.3 Result Determination

bdji follows international standards in determining the results of all games and sports events. In the event of a dispute, bdji's decision will be considered final.

bdji's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is based on the net loss for the week (total amount lost minus total amount won). For example: a Gold-level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳80,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

6.1 VIP Level Changes

VIP levels may move up or down based on playing consistency and activity. bdji reserves the right to change the conditions of the VIP program.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdji platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Facilitating gambling addiction or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software, or network.
• Abusing bonus conditions or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
• Spreading false or misleading claims about bdji.

bdji believes that gaming is a recreational activity, not a source of income. We are firmly committed to protecting our users.

8.1 Self-Control Features

• Set deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Temporarily pause your account for a set period.
• Contact the support team for long-term self-exclusion.

9.1 Purposes of Data Use

bdji does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared as required for payment processing, identity verification, and law enforcement.

bdji may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Registration with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• As required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

10.1 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closure.

bdji provides support in both Bengali and English via live chat and email, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

11.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about a transaction, game result, or service quality, first raise it through live chat. If not resolved, submit a written complaint by email. bdji will attempt to resolve complaints within a reasonable time.

11.2 Technical Issues

If a game or transaction is left incomplete due to a server error, network interruption, or other technical reason, bdji will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Keep a record of transaction details and timestamps in such cases.

bdji makes every effort to ensure the highest standard of service. However, bdji accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Errors in third-party software or platforms.
• Loss resulting from a user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical disruptions.
• Financial loss resulting from gaming — gaming carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning.

bdji may change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

For significant changes, bdji will try to notify users by email or through an in-platform notice. However, it is the user's own responsibility to read the latest terms regularly.

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or claim, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
